A pool of 276 student-athletes honored throughout the year were eligible for the awards. A male and female from each university in the conference earns the honor. Along with Cadogan, Penn State women's track and field member Gayle Hunter earned the Outstanding Sportsmanship Award.

The full list of 276 Sportsmanship Honorees can be found here while the 22 players who earned the Outstanding Sportsmanship Award are listed here.
