ESPNs experts predict the 2008 college football season

ESPNs college football "experts" have published their beliefs on how the 2008-2009 season will play out. Surprise, surprise many are picking Ohio State with a healthy dose of Oklahoma and USC to be National Champions. Much like I did with Schlabach's bowl predictions, published at the end of June, I will archive this information for a comparison in January 2009. Which "expert" did the best? The worst? And how many got more than 70% correct? It isn't an easy task to do but it always interesting to see the final results compare to the predictions. Here they are:

Ohio State got the clean sweep from the "experts". All 12 believe Ohio State will win the Big Ten. 50% of them believe Ohio State will play in a 3rd consecutive National Championship game.
