The Ohio Valley is one of the worst conferences in college basketball. The champion of this tournament will most likely be a 15 or 16 seed, and maybe even get a spot in the dreaded "play in" game. Unlike most lower conferences, there are no one or two teams that have separated themselves from the pack this year. Austin Peay is the top seed with a 16-4 conference record, three games ahead of 13-7 Murray State. This is most definitely a one bid conference.
FIRST ROUND (at higher seed):

*NOTE: This post will be published after the 7PM tipoff of Morehead State/Tenn State. I swear I did not look at the score.
2 Murray State
7 Tennessee Tech
