The #3 Penn State women's volleyball just defeated #1 Stanford in a thrilling five game match (30-25, 30-26, 23-30, 19-30, 15-8) to win the 2007 NCAA Championship!! It marks the team's first title since 1999 and the first title for PSU in any sport at least since I've been a student here (gymnastics and fencing dont count, sorry). Congrats to a great group of girls!
